THE BOARD

Donna Roberts is a nonprofit consultant. With more than 20 years of business experience, Ms. Roberts is an accomplished finance and business operations executive who currently is using her expertise to assist nonprofits in the areas of finance and project management. Prior to consulting, Ms. Roberts was the chief financial officer for Para Los Niños. In this role, she was responsible for all corporate business and financial aspects of this nonprofit social service agency. She was instrumental in determining tactical growth opportunities as the agency grew from $7.4 million to more than $21 million in revenues during her 6.5-year tenure.

Prior to her work with Para Los Niños, Ms. Roberts led and implemented the start-up of the Italian division for a leading worldwide theatrical exhibition company, United Cinemas International Italia. Ms. Roberts established the presence of this Paramount Picture/Universal Studios joint venture in Italy by managing all aspects of the business.

Prior experience includes serving as director, Paramount Pictures - managing Paramount's theatrical exhibition division with consolidated revenues of $200 million, and manager of international finance, Paramount Pictures Ð liaising with Paramount's international joint venture companies based in London, England.

Ms. Roberts earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia. She currently serves as a member of the Los Angeles Area Thomas Jefferson Scholarship Selection Committee.
